Berry Delicious Smoothie is jam packed with vitamins and minerals and will give you lots of energy!
4 oz Mixed Berries
2 tsp Agave or Maple Syrup
3 tbs. of Orange or Apple Juice
1 Banana (frozen)
1 cup cold water
Enjoy!
This smoothie is great for your immune system and boosts your metabolism!
