Go Bananas!

Bananas are a Superfood for your heart, providing an excellent source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, fiber and vitamin C.

Banana Smoothie

2 cups low-fat milk or (soy or almond milk)
2 medium frozen bananas
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2 Servings
